More Information
I worked 20 years in the petrochemical industry and made business with people around the world, four years ago, I started my own firm that has been successful in México, I came to the US got my working visa and want to expand my proposal to help companies achieve better results through their management teams and particularly by visiting the importance of ethics and values based in the relevance of common sense in business, I am in the process of certification by the IMCUSA. I am a writer published one book and I am in the middle of writing a second one.
I have a gift to get in touch with people and great capabilities to develop leadership skills, I created a model called 4T6P that is applied to get people back to basics in business, it follows a very simple methodology in which manager visit their reason to be in their organizations the mode base is as follows:
4 TASKS (4T): Manage resources; Make decisions; Achieve results; Networking
6 PRINCIPLES: The client; The Money; Work hard; Ethics and values pay: Update yourself; Manage risk
It has worked in companies like Coca Cola, Dragados Offshore; Shell among others.
I have good communication skills and a lot of field experience that helps me get people connected with someone who understands them simply because he has been there.
