The IMC USA Academy provides professional education to help management consultants to enhance their consulting skills, manage their practices, and find the most appropriate clients. This education includes and supports the overall base of knowledge, the skill sets, and the behavior disciplines needed to be competitive in today's global marketplace.

Educational opportunities are available to both current and prospective members of IMC USA at conferences, in face-to-face seminars and online webinars, and though other media. New consultants who are entering the profession, mid-level consultants who are earning their certification, and even seasoned veterans who have already led multi-million dollar engagements will all find challenging material to sharpen their skills.

The Academy is developing a curriculum to retain and develop world-class Certified Management Consultants (CMC). Academy courses support and align with the IMC USA Competency Framework and Core Competencies. Along with the Certification and Ethics Committees, the Academy is developing a Study Track for consultants interested in obtaining first time certification, including a newly-available online Ethics course.
